Studying the co-relation of preoperative serum albumin levels in emergency surgeries with rate of postoperative wound site infection

: Hypoalbuminemia is a good marker of malnutrition. The objective to analyze and correlate the rates wound site infection in patient undergoing emergency surgery with preoperative serum albumin levels. A prospective study 98 patients who underwent between January 2021 June Department General Surgery, Tezpur medical college hospital, Assam were considered for study.
